Great architecture, amazing interior with lots of beautiful vases, chandeliers - well worth a visit. A cup of tea by the little pond during warm months is a “must”!

This beautiful and ornate historic site is a definite must-see for Istanbul visitors. Situated North of the Bosphorus Bridge, this place has the remarkable Second Empire architectural style.

The palace itself is very nice and worth visiting. Management is really bad, thou. The tour is done in a rush with no time to even read. Most of the gardens and pavilions are closed to the public.

Lovely summer resort of the sultans. It's a shame you don't get a good view of the Bosphorus because of the wall next to the water. Good guides.
